Description
Part of the Kala Handwoven Jute collection, this 185 cm x 61 cm runner displays a traditional stepped medallion motif framed by geometric tribal elements. Hand woven from 85% jute and 15% cotton, the construction pairs natural braided plant fibres with raised, knotted accents. The design centres an ivory field against a textured natural beige background, highlighted with charcoal black linework and subtle tan detailing. The medium-height textured pile delivers a tactile, substantial underfoot experience with visible artisan craft.
Designed for linear indoor spaces, this runner works effectively in a hallway, entryway, or alongside kitchen cabinetry. The organic jute weave complements light oak floorboards, slate tiles, and matte black iron hardware. Pair it with neutral linen textiles, warm terracotta pottery, or minimalist shaker-style cupboards to ground high-traffic areas with natural warmth.
